History

Piccalilli is a British interpretation of South Asian pickles, a relish of chopped pickled vegetables and spices. The familiar form of the word appears all the way back in 1769, in Elizabeth Raffald's 'The Experienced English Housekeeper.'

Ingredients: Vegetables (Cauliflower, Onions, Gherkins (contain Sulphites and Firming Agent - Calcium Chloride)), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Modified Cornflour, Mustard, Salt, Spice, Flavourings (contain Celery), Colour - Plain Caramel.
