Shipping and refunds

Shipping

All of our webshop parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm using our logistics partner DB Schenker. These parcels are collected from us Monday through Friday and from there they travel on to local distribution centres. Collection points in the lower half of Sweden can usually expect to see their parcel processed overnight and dispatched the next day. For destinations further afield, an additional day of transit may be factored in. These timelines cannot be 100% guaranteed, especially during periods of high seasonal demand. 

You should factor in a delivery time of 5-7 business days for any parcel to arrive, from the date of ordering. If a parcel has not arrived at your collection point within this time frame, you should contact us via email at webshop@englishshop.se. Please provide your name and order number and we will try to track the location of your parcel.

Collection

When your parcel is ready for collection from your local collection point, you will be notified via SMS message to the phone contact you provided. It is advised to always bring a form of ID when collecting your parcel.

All webshop deliveries factor in a delivery charge when you complete payment of your order. This charge can be found upon checkout. A charge will not apply to any parcels with replacement items for damaged products or orders where items may have been missed from the original order. 

Any parcels that remain uncollected from your local collection point will be re-processed after 14 days and sent back to our warehouse. We will then process a refund for the items, minus the cost of the initial delivery charge and the resultant delivery one for its return. 

Damages

We do our utmost to package all of our webshop parcels as securely as we can. Glass is wrapped in bubble wrap, and movement kept to a minimum with the use of brown packing papers. 

In the unfortunate event of a breakage in your parcel you should email us at webshop@englishshop.se with a description of the breakage. We can then dispatch a replacement free of charge on our next available parcel collection. Or if you prefer, we can simply refund the cost of the damaged item back to you. These refunds will usually take 3-5 working days to process. 

Refunds

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, we are more than happy to refund your money. These refunds will usually take 3-5 working days to process. Returns must be within 14 days of the purchase date and all returned items must be in a resaleable, unopened, condition.
