History

Bird's Custard was first formulated and first cooked by Alfred Bird in 1837 at his chemist shop in Birmingham. He developed the recipe because his wife was allergic to eggs.

English Ingredients

Ingredients: Maize Starch, Salt, Flavouring, Colour (Annatto). Store in a cool dry place. Once mixed keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours. Best Before End: See bottom. Imported by Albion Imports Sweden AB.
