History

Fernando Duarte invited his good friend Robbie Brozin to a humble Portuguese eatery in the heart of Rosettenville, South Africa in 1987. It was here they realised that their classic Peri-Peri flavours had to be brought to the wider world.

English Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, Distilled Vinegar, Onion Puree (11%), Salt, Lemon Puree (4%), Sunflower Seed Oil, Spices (Cayenne Pepper, African Bird's Eye Chilli, Paprika), Green Chilli, Garlic Puree, Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Rosemary Extract.
