Made with fragrant mint leaves, mint jelly is perfect with a Sunday roast or as a glaze for new potatoes.

History

George Baxter had been working as a gardener for the Duke of Richmond when he decided to go into business in 1868. Opening a small shop in the village of Fochabers, he and his wife began to produce a variety of jams and jellies.

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Acid (Acetic Acid), Mint (1%), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Carthamus Concentrate, Spirulina Concentrate, Flavouring. Store in a cool dry place.
