History

The Mackays factory was originally a carrot processing facility in Carnoustie, Eastern Scotland. In 1938 the Mackay brothers converted the site into a jam-making facility, sourcing berries from the bountiful fields surrounding them and selling them locally.

English Ingredients

Ingredients: Sugar, Seville Oranges, Orange Juice (from Concentrate), Lemon Juice (from Concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Orange Oil. Prepared with 25g of fruit per 100g, Total Sugar content 65g per 100g. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated. Use within 6 weeks. Best Before End: See lid.
